Shelves made of raw oak
Wood absorbs vibrations better than plastic and metal, which is why Vestfrost mainly uses this material in its equipment. Shelves in Vestfrost refrigerators are made of raw oak or beech wood that has not been chemically treated. This means that no substances from impregnated wood can get into the wine and spoil its taste.
Carbon filter
External fragrances can get inside bottles and negatively affect the taste of wine; corked wine is particularly at risk. The odour absorbing filter binds such airborne substances in carbon, leaving the air in the refrigerator perfectly clean. It is recommended to change the filter at least once a year.

Wine cooler WFG 45
Function+ is Vestfrost’s most exclusive line of wine coolers, granting individual customers access to professional solutions. The eye is immediately drawn to its minimalist design. The front part made of tinted glass, while metal shelves have an elegant finishing in oak. Wine coolers boast low energy consumption and very quiet operation. WFG 45 wine cooler can be placed under a worktop. Despite its compact dimensions, it can hold as many as 44 standard-size bottles. Tinted glass doors with a UV filter provide optimum wine storage conditions. In addition, the wine cooler is equipped with an energy-saving system of LED lighting.
The WFG 45 model has two zones, which means that different temperature - ranging from 5°C to 10°C and from 10°C to 18°C - can be set at top and bottom shelves. Furthermore, unlike many other devices of this kind, Vestfrost wine coolers are equipped with compressor cooling technology. The wine cooler is also equipped with a replaceable activated carbon filter. It captures and neutralises any undesirable odours that may otherwise penetrate through the cork and affect the taste of wine. In order to maintain the desired clarity of the stored wine, vibration damping compressors have been installed. They prevent sedimentation in the stored bottles.
The WFG 45 wine cooler is also equipped with other innovative solutions, such as a built-in heating element, which guarantees optimum storage conditions when the temperature outside of the cooling chamber drops below a certain level. Temperatures within a range of up to 17°C can be set. As a result, the temperature inside the cooler can be quickly restored after the opening of the door. This means greater control over the conditions in which wine is stored.
