As for the scope of its responsibility with respect to obligations arising from the requirements of the GDPR, Vestel shall control the processing of personal data, identify any risks related to personal data processing and set security standards accordingly, ensuring adequate protection for all personal data processed by the Website. Vestel is also responsible for fulfilling its information obligations and for enabling you to exercise your rights, as defined below.

II. Cookies and other technologies used by the Website

What are cookies? Cookies should be understood as IT data, in particular all text files stored in users' end devices and intended for accessing and using websites. These files allow recognizing the user's device and displaying web pages in a manner tailored to the user's individual preferences. Doubleclick uses a code implemented on selected pages of the Website, which enables the collection of information on user activity on the Website. If the user performs a specific action on the Website, e.g. enters a product page, the tool allows this action to be saved in order to create a record that allows displaying advertisements of products and services of the Co-administrator on other websites that belong to the advertising network of external suppliers (the so-called remarketing) e.g. on Facebook.

The Website uses the Google Maps map service. The provider of Google Maps is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Google Maps plugin facilitates the search of places, in particular the headquarters of Amica S.A. and stores selling Amica products, including the store nearest to the user’s current location. The Website uses the Google Tag Manager service. The provider of Google Tag Manager is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Tag Manager is a Google tool for managing the tags of a website. Google Tag Manager enables the analysis of Website uses. Google Tag Manager operates without cookies and it does not collect any identifiable personal information. However, Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which may, in turn, collect data. The Website features the Facebook social network button. The service is provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (‘Facebook’). Thanks to to this plug-in the Website displays the content of the Amica brand’s Facebook profile.  YouTube

The Website features a YouTube button and users can access YouTube videos directly on the Website. The YouTube service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’). Whenever you visit the Website, the plug-in may establish a direct connection between your browser and Google servers. The YouTube button allows you to access and play videos posted on the Amica YouTube channel. When you access a page that features the YouTube player, the Website will connect to YouTube in order to play the video. Upon establishing connection with the platform, data is transferred from the Website to Google. The Website features the Instagram button. Instagram service provider is Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. This button allows you to access the Vestfrost brand’s Instagram channel and its content.

III. Cookie policy 

This Cookie Policy entered into force on 25 October 2019. Changes to the Cookie Policy shall be published in the form of a consolidated Cookie Policy on the Website and communicated on the Website's main page, at least 7 days in advance, enabling the user to analyse any changes introduced.
